Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me. It is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations.
Booking
If you experience any technical difficulties while booking, please contact me at (813)-966-6200 to schedule your appointment.
I advise that you schedule your appointments 2-4 weeks in advance.
Deposits are required when booking appointments. The remainder of your payment is due via cash, CashApp or booking site, prior to your service.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can only be transferred once, when rescheduling is done online within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
All clients are responsible for remembering their appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, cancelled appointments, and cancellation fees.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully require a 72 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, the day of, or are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled.
Due to unpredictable nature of events with particular appointments, there may be times when you experience WAIT TIMES or time adjustments to appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to prevent delays for other clients.
No call and not show will be blocked from booking future appointments.
I have the right to refuse service. Rude, disrespectful, bizarre, confrontational behavior will not be permitted on the phone, by text, email or in person. Clients with this behavior will be blocked from booking appointments. If a client persists with obscene behavior, in person, they will be asked to leave. I will contact the local law enforcement, and the client will be removed from the salon premises by the police.
Please keep phone calls and texts, regarding your appointment and services to a minimum. Phone calls and texts will be returned within a 72 hour timeframe.
No children under 13 are allowed.
